Shipping Policy


We offer both standard shipping and express shipping. Note that all free shipping is offered using standard shipping. 


At checkout, you will be able to see delivery estimates for both standard, free shipping, and express. Express shipping uses your live location information to choose the best shipping option for you. 


Once you confirm an order, you will receive an email confirmation for your purchase. The order fulfillment takes approximately 2 - 5 business days, kindly wait for 2-5 days to enquire about shipping information. 


Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.


Free shipping is available for purchases above $200, for domestic/international deliveries within and between US and Canada. 



Due to product availability or facility capacity, some products may be shipped internationally. In such cases, the customer will be subject to duty/customs fees. 


Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately. 


Once you've placed an order, you may or may no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it, see below for details:


If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly. 


If you entered the wrong address at checkout, reach us immediately. Note that changes can still be done while your order is being fulfilled (1 to 3 days after receiving an order). However, once your order is out for delivery, we cannot guarantee that we can change any information. Changes will now depend solely on the shipping carrier's policies, and you may have to reach them directly. 


If you provided the wrong address, and the carrier couldn’t deliver your shipment, they’ll send it back to the fulfillment facility. Then you’ll need to confirm the changed address for reshipping the package within 30 days. See return policy for details.


If you want to change a product within an order, such as altering a product's variant, size, or design file, you can do as long as the product fulfillment hasn't already begun. The fulfillment process usually begins a day or less after receiving an order.  If such changes are needed, notify us immediately. We are not bound to make such changes, however, we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.


Note that changing a product within an order will reset the order deadline. This may result in a longer fulfillment time. However, changing a shipping address or rate will not reset the order deadline.
